$50K +- Full blown front and back cohesive design
- Custom welded edging and planter boxes
- Large artificial turf areas

- Elaborate outdoor lighting (12 – 20 lights)
- Full highly efficient drip irrigation system with a smart controller
- Extensive planting, hundreds of plants
